Kim Sa in Erlangen

I particularly recommend the soup dishes, especially in the cold seasons they really warm you up. The Vietnamese soup in particular is very good, and now I order it regularly when I eat there. Delicious inexpensive food. Large portions and a relaxed atmosphere as long as there is space in the back of the restaurant. The front part of the restaurant is a little more hectic as many people order "take away". The sauces are delicious and flavorful. A very nice shop will definitely come here more often. A recommendation for all lovers of Asian cuisine. I have to say, however, that the duck was a bit dry. However, it would also be a shame if a perfectly roasted duck went under in the sauce.

At the beginning I also thought it was an inconspicuous place that might become an insider tip. Unfortunately this could not be confirmed. Staff is very friendly and portions are large, but unfortunately not fresh in my case. I had a hair in my first plate, which definitely (color) couldn't be mine. Was taken back without hesitation and made fresh. Regarding fresh, I have to say, the beans and mushrooms were very tipping, so they really had a bitter aftertaste and both plates were musty. At first I thought it came from the meat, which tasted very much like TK, but was otherwise edible. I don't always mind TK as such, but then please without this strong TK taste. Would not come back and unfortunately not recommend it.

More of a snack than a restaurant. But the food is great. And the prices cheap. In terms of food, the best Asian food in Erlangen. However, if you are looking for a chic ambience it is better to go somewhere else.

Good place if you like a quick bite of Asian food. My recommendation would be B2 - pho ga - a Vietnamese soup with rice noodles and chicken. As a starter I would recommend A2 - goi cuon ga - fresh Vietnamese summer rolls with herbs and chicken. The ambience is more like in a fast-food restaurant but the food is really good and always fresh. Staff is friendly and usually there is always a seat available. Take-away is also possible, there.

Price-performance-wise one of the best restaurants I know (especially drinks are very cheap!). Very large portions, especially the Phở tastes great and is a huge portion.

Admittedly, I was only there twice, but the first time I couldn't eat anything because it was too spicy for me personally. On my second attempt, I picked something that wasn't spicy, but found it watery and tasteless. The vegetables used reminded me of the frozen mixes from the supermarket and little Asian. Conclusion: Nothing for me, but the tastes are different.

One of our favorite fast lunch options. It's cheap, not too salty. The fried duck is tasty and crispy. The portions are large.

After my favorite Vietnamese name closed last year, I was looking for an equal successor for a long time and every time was disappointed. Til today! Best Vietnamese in the area (and I know almost all of them). You can feel a touch of Southeast Asia instead of the frequently encountered germanized-Asian compromise cuisine. Decor is very simple, but clean. Staff very friendly and well organized. Price-performance completely fair. Good day today for this discovery.

I ordered 1 veg noodles with tofu for my friend .. and other chicken noodles for me ... veg noodles had pieces of chicken.. not acceptable at all.

One of the best Asian restaurant of Erlangen. These guys serve Vietnamese food which is one of the best food of south east Asia. The cost of the food also moderate. But these people are really an innocent people.. If I were there than this restaurant would have become chain of restaurant. This is a must trying place if you are fond of Asian food .
